Practical things, simply explained
Arrival & departure
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. We meet you at the house, show you around and answer everything you forgot to ask.
Parking
Private parking on the land. A car is essential here — the nearest shops are a short drive away.
The pool
The pool is 4 x 10 metres, open roughly May to October, cleaned regularly, and unfenced. Children must be supervised at all times.
Families & children
Very welcome. A cot and a high chair are available on request. The land is safe and enclosed, but do keep the pool in mind.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi throughout the house and outside, fast enough for a call or a film.
House rules
No smoking indoors, no parties or events, and quiet after 23:00 out of respect for the neighbours. Pets on request.
Water
Water comes from our own water tank — please use it thoughtfully.

We leave a personal guide in the house with our favourite restaurants, beaches, markets and drives.
Questions
- How many people can stay?
- Up to four, across two bedrooms and one bathroom in the trullo and extension.
- What is the minimum stay?
- Seven nights. In July and August we usually work with weekly stays.
- Is everything included?
- Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and the final clean are included — the price you see is the price you pay.
- Do we need a car?
- Yes. The house is in the countryside and the towns around it are best reached by car.
- How do we pay?
- For now we confirm by email and arrange payment directly with you. Online payment is being added.
- Can we book last minute?
- Often, yes. Our calendar is kept in line with Airbnb, so what you see is current.
